Its a Sad Sad World
You know I never agreed with the death penalty, but it is alot harder to dosagree with when someone you know gets killer. Ever since I found out that they arrested the kid (yes hes only 17, sad I know) for killing 2 people i knew in a triple homicide that happened 2 days after christmas (and he is being charged with another homicided on christmas eve) all I can think ais that I want him to fry. I dont want scum like that to live off my taxpayer money in prison. I mean what kind od person kills 4 people? Especially around Christmas? Two of the people had children. And one of the victims was only 17 herself. There is still part of me that says the death penalty is wrong, but there is another part of me that says if he really did do it he deserves it.

It's such a hard call and no easy answers. Really, a person has to be out of their mind to kill another person, and if it's someone you know and love who is murdered, it's very hard to be understanding. I hope I never have to make this decision because I don't know what I will say. -teri
